Improved the fromThenable method to provide a more complete encapsulation of thenable entities. If a thenable provides more than one result value (i.e. argument), the entire argument list provided by the thenable is presented to continuations of the wrapping Promise as a single object (the arguments object). Phrased differently, if a thenable passes more than 1 result value, the entire argument list becomes the result of the wrapping Promise. This ensures that more complex operations (e.g. jQuery AJAX calls) that provide multiple values when they are fulfilled or rejected are properly provided to continuations.
Removed the minified Node.js Promise files, which aren't really necessary to provide and were not automatically updating.
